I really liked the article about nutrition that I read today about the complex carbohydrates........... whole wheat, brown rice - both easy for me to incorporate into my diet. Also - the amounts of raw vs cooked veggies to make up a "serving" size. I learned alot and am glad I read up.

This is going to make this week's meal planning a breeze.
