On January 5th, I got the shock of my life when I got a scale and got on to find that I weighed 280lbs. I knew that it was time to loss weight for good. Thus I started my weight lose journey. I started monitoring what I was eating. Luckily, I found this site a week later. Since then I have been able to monitor EVERYTHING! and I do mean everything. I weigh myself every morning and it has helped me see how my body reacts to different things...not enough calories...too much excerise...and what seems to be the right balance. Although I am still learning it all.
I am happy to say that this is the best I have ever done at losing weight. The morning of Febuary 5th, I weight 159.7. I couldn't believe I had lost over twenty pounds!!! It was amazing. I also lost 11 inches from my hips and waist.
All I can say is THANK YOU SPARKPEOPLE!
If not for being able to truly monitor everything, I don't think I would be doing as well.
