my weight

I just realized i havent adjusted my weight on the scale. i actually hope i remember how to. anyways, here is how my weigh has been so far. Well during the holidays i had gained about 10lbs i think i got up to 125, well i have since lost 8lbs of it so im at 116lbs right now. Im going to make a new goal and try to get down to 110lbs and once im there we'll see how i like it. my body is really solid, except my lower tummy, i have that slight mommy pooch, ugh it drives me crazy. im hopeing its not just a bunch of loose anyways, so far this year i have been hitting the weights really hard and doing a lot of hot yoga, also a lot of ab training and watching the diet. I have noticed lately its hard for me to make time to eat. i know this sounds weird but im just going and going. i need to work on that. so thats why my calories look low the past week. ok well im going to adjust my scale and good luck to you all :)

I just started with this and saw your information. I really need to committ to getting my weight down this year. I hav a hard time staying with it. Exercise, diet, sticking to my committment of losing weight.
I havent read everything you have out there but just seein this has inspired me.
I will keep you posted adn look foward to some advice from you
