OK I finally did it! I had a 100 calorie breakfast! Compared to my usual 300 calorie breakfast, and I was fine until lunch! I even got my workout in before lunch and I still felt fine, I was pleasantly surprised, woohoo! OK well I only have 3 glasses of water down for today, so I will have to work on that!
Shana, I don't know how to reply to your comment, so I'm just editing my blog post, LOL Anyway, yesterday for my 100 calorie breakfast, I was in a hurry and just grabbed a bottle of water and a 100 calories pack of little blueberry muffins. WooHoo!
