One of my goals for this week is to come up with a couple of fun ways to have cardio friendly play time. I have decided that I want to dance. Only one problem. I can't dance. lol. I popped in a Rihana workout cd that was suppose to teach me how to hip hop like a pop diva. I hopped alright, but more like a lame linebacker. Graceful I am not.
Plan two. I decided to get online and see what kind of easy fun dance moves I could learn. With the hopes of working my way up to dancing queen status a little at a time I searched until I found what appeared to be a friendly looking routine. This week I am going to learn the "Cha Cha slide"! Next week maybe the Macarana. I shall laugh and learn and have fun being fit and fabulous! lol
