Fruits and Veggies..lol..
I decided that I was going to go "ALL OUT" for this challenge and change my diet COMPLETELY for the week. I am only having fruits and veggies ALL DAY with the exception of my 1 meat/chicken a day. I have been having ALL TYPES of fruit every morning for breakfast and then taking with me to work for a snack, whatever I don't finish. Then, I got the AWESOME ladies in the kitchen at work whom have been making me these great veggie plates for lunch with either a meat or a chicken, but they are making sure I get at least 2 servings of each veggie. THEN, I have the little girl whom I take care of, I eat dinner with her family, and the mother said that since I told her about this "Challenge", that he family has not eaten this well in a while...lol.. Then when I get home, before bed, I make sure that I get at least 1-2 more veggies in.
After this challenge, I dont think I am going to eat fruits and veggies for the first couple of days next week...lol.. unless I need to for the challenge, but I REALLY hope not..lol..
I am up to 100 pts as of today. I am really bustin my buns trying to get all this in. I have to say that I am REALLY lucky because I have the support of so many wonderful helpful people whom have never even heard of Spark until I told them why I am doing these crazy things..lol.. PLUS, they do it just to help me... my enthusiasm spreads..lol.. I am contagious..lol..
I am also getting my "Old Peeps" in to the water and other types of challenges that we are doing.. as long as I modify it to their level of activity.
Spark is BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!
