I've just completed my first PERFECT seven days on my new program. Eating all the right foods, not making harmful food choices, drinking 8 glasses of water a day and getting some kind of meaningful exercise resulted in a Week 1 weight loss of 4.2 pounds!
So- I got my first reward. I bought a new Omron Pedometer (love those!) and this one has a USB connection and software to track my progress. Oh, I love charts and graphs! :-)
