Tomorrow will be my first week since I have started eating healthy. I have found that if I eat three meals a day: breakfast before 9am lunch no later than 2pm and dinner no later than 7pm I am am ok. I have been drinking two bottles of water (16.9 oz) with my meal or between. So far so good. I have even found it easy to stay under my allowed calorie range. The only time I went over a little was when we went out to eat with friends for Indian food. Getting whole grains in has been a challenge but we switched to brown rice and whole wheat flour and this has helped. I have created images that I look at everyday of where I want to be in 2 years time and that has been very helpful. I am ready to do this!
