Woo Hoo!!! I'm back in business. I was very anxious this morning to weigh in because I was hoping that all the effort I put into my workouts this week not only paid off but made up for the previous week I was not feeling too great. The scale didn't let me down this week. I lost 3.5 pounds!!! There is hope after all. I feel like I'm finally getting back to the mindset I once had in order to lose & maintain my weight. Now, my challenge is refraining from distractions that will hinder the process rather than help.
