I've really been neglecting SparkPeople for a while now. First, huge apologies to RDEPASS and all of the Buddhists team. I'm sorry I haven't been a mindful moderator. I'm going to try and pop in a lot more frequently.
I've been mostly reading all of my Spark Pals' blogs and checking in on their progress but haven't done much on my own. Updates on life -- In late August, I broke off what I now realize was a very unhappy and unhealthy relationship for both parties, and I've been dating someone very special who makes me ridiculously happy and whom I can make happy in return. I feel like I haven't changed my eating and exercise habits much, but somewhere in the course of this new relationship I dropped about 10 pounds. I guess we all knew happiness is the best key to weight loss!
I'd like to get back on track in regards to eating healthfully and maintaining a consistent exercise routine. I know realistically I won't be able to log in here every day, but I'm going to do the best I can. (Did I mention they took my internet access away at work? Ha!)
By the way, everyone looks so great! Congratulations to you :)
