Uh, hi!

I've really been neglecting SparkPeople for a while now. First, huge apologies to RDEPASS and all of the Buddhists team. I'm sorry I haven't been a mindful moderator. I'm going to try and pop in a lot more frequently.

I've been mostly reading all of my Spark Pals' blogs and checking in on their progress but haven't done much on my own. Updates on life -- In late August, I broke off what I now realize was a very unhappy and unhealthy relationship for both parties, and I've been dating someone very special who makes me ridiculously happy and whom I can make happy in return. I feel like I haven't changed my eating and exercise habits much, but somewhere in the course of this new relationship I dropped about 10 pounds. I guess we all knew happiness is the best key to weight loss!

I'd like to get back on track in regards to eating healthfully and maintaining a consistent exercise routine. I know realistically I won't be able to log in here every day, but I'm going to do the best I can. (Did I mention they took my internet access away at work? Ha!)

By the way, everyone looks so great! Congratulations to you :)

    Oh Deanna! It's great to see you and no apologies necessary! I am SO glad to hear you are in a healthy and happy relationship! and congrats on the 'accidental weight loss' LOL! I have stagnated at my current weight - but I also have not been tracking my food, etc. - I am so into my karate now - I can't believe it took me 48 years to find the passion in my life! I do try to get by the Buddhist team page daily and I don't always make it - We have three leaders now - and if it seems like we need more - I think I can add them - so don't worry! Glad you are happy!
