For those who know, Mom is still hanging in there. She's pulled through yet another surgery, this time to implant a vena cava filter, which is supposed to keep the blood clots that they have found from going to her lungs in the event they break loose. She's had 2 amputations on her right leg, the first below the knee, the second above the knee after her femoral artery ruptured. She's also on dialysis for the rest of her life. Too many insults to her kidneys according to her renal doctor. She's remaining upbeat which is great and I hope she maintains that outlook. Please keep praying for her, i believe it's the main thing that's helping her pull through all this.
