Do you need a challenge!?! I do!!
For the month of January my goals are (set low, but that's ok...getting into a new routine...):
625 minutes of cardio
400 minutes strength training
I challenge YOU to do more than me!
Let me know what your goals are, and keep me motivated, and I'll try and do the same for you! :oD ...now, I'm at 196 right now, so someone who's been working out everyday for the last year and only has 5 pounds to go will have an advantage...but, that's ok, I'm up for the challenge!
