Little by little

Little by little I am making positive changes to help me accomplish my goal of a healthier me. That is all I really want...I want to be able to run and not get winded right away....I want not always feel so lethargic and lazy. I do feel better more and more each day. I am happy that I am starting to come to a point where I actually take the time and look at my portion sizes...I actually stop eating when I feel full and I schedule my exercise time so that I have no excuses.

Honestly, it feels good...it feels like I am doing something good for me....... :)
