Long time, no blog

Things are actually going well, though I've not been doing a lot of exercising. I've been sick for about two weeks with this sinus infection and it's impossible to get exercise in. I haven't gained any weight which is actually the important thing. That and I am just feeling really god about myself right now.

I have started back with my Buddhist chanting and my yoga and that is really helping me a lot. And my guy is still wonderful and into me, so that's a great blessing.

I'm feeling calm and focused and happy which beats dropping weight any day of the week.

My goals for this year is to continue with my yoga and chanting and to get serious about my writing. I'm also going to eat healthier and incorporate more cardio (once I am fully well).

Life is good and I want that to be my focus over all.

And I shout a loud AMEN to this statement. I believe the mind-body connection is the most important part of developing a healthy lifestyle. Every time I feel nourished, I don't feel like I'm doing something unnatural.
