Calories Burned with Les Mills Programs

If you take any of the Les Mills Program Classes (Body Step, Body Attack, Body Pump, Body Jam, etc.), ever wonder how many calories you're burning? I found this information online @ http://www.genesisfitness.com.
au.

BODY PUMP:
Males: 556 calories
Females: 390 calories
Hardworking Participants can burn up to 670 calories per class (I guess this means if you are doing your heaviest possible and sweating like crazy!)

BODY STEP:
Males: 700
Females: 660

BODY ATTACK:
Males: 850
Females: 800

I'm still looking for info on Body Jam and RPM. Out of all the classes, I'd have to say Attack is the hardest with RPM and Step coming in second.

    I did Body Attack today. Oh my Word. Crazy stuff right there. It was fun though. :) I love the instructor. She does Zumba classes also.

    I wear a polar HR monitor when doing body pump and can burn anything from 350 - 400 kcals during a 50/55 minute session so you are spot on. I love body pump so much, it's totally addictive! Glad to see there are other fans out there too!

    wow i totally need to update my page! i noticed you all have been using this information. of course, the amount of calories varies depending on each individual's body weight and how hard you push (and possibly the instructor). since i have posted this i have taught several body step and body attack classes and i try to make my classes very challenging. a couple of weeks ago, i taught body step and a participant told me she burned 980 calories in my step class according to her watch. amazing! :O

but how much 'average' weight is it estimated as?
i'm 154 lb and 800 burned for bodyattack sonds kinda too good to be true...

    Thanks for posting this info - any idea how to input Body Pump into your "my fitness" info? It's clearly a strength training workout but I can't figure out how to put it in...
