Calories Burned with Les Mills Programs

If you take any of the Les Mills Program Classes (Body Step, Body Attack, Body Pump, Body Jam, etc.), ever wonder how many calories you're burning? I found this information online @ http://www.genesisfitness.com.
Males: 556 calories
Females: 390 calories
Hardworking Participants can burn up to 670 calories per class (I guess this means if you are doing your heaviest possible and sweating like crazy!)
I'm still looking for info on Body Jam and RPM. Out of all the classes, I'd have to say Attack is the hardest with RPM and Step coming in second.
