Sorry Guys!
Let me explain why...you haven't seen me online.
1) No longer have internet at home- those people went up again after the new year. So I am in search of maybe a lower cost option like Direct TV.
2) When I am at work my boss wants me to completely focus on work, weird huh. But I have been extremely busy, got 6 websites to do.

I have found that when I don't put down my food, I am more aware of what fat and calories I may intake which has been keeping me from eating as much. I have kept a written rough log of my food but without the calculators, don't know exactly the amounts.

Putting in my food daily was causing me to see that I could eat more, even when I didn't have an appetite. I have been basically going by the need to eat right before the hunger hits. I know most may say it's not healthy but I don't wanna have to eat and log every 2hrs... I am a busy person.

However, I have been eating healthy foods and snacks. I realized that I don't have to put meat on my pizza. I taste great with only cheese. I also found a wonderful and tasty dressing by Maple Grove Farms of Vermont - FAT FREE Honey Dijon. With just a little of that on my home made salads...I am in HEAVEN.

Although I am not online daily, I am doing my part as you can see by the ticker change... YEAH!

I found that logging on to get my food calculator was a pain in my butt. I was also a weeeee bit obsessive LOL as long as you are true to yourself and know roughly what you are consuming daily that's better than what you were doing right?

I dunno about you, but I don't want to be 75 years young and worried about good food vs. bad food LOL

Yay for the ticker change!! YOU ROCK!
