Printable Food Tracker

I found this by accident on SparkPeople a couple weeks ago, and it's a good way of tracking your food when you can't be online or if you are on the run (not from the LAW, but you know, just when you're doing errands) LOL!

    This is terrific! I was actually looking for a printable meal plan or menu planner type of thing... and this is kind of what I had envisioned. NOT what it was meant for, but Now I can fill in a menu and pop this sucker on the fridge so I know what I'm supposed to be eating for the day. Thank you for posting this... 4 years ago! XD

    Oh thank you! I really need this. Sometimes I pre-track things and then forget to go back and make adjustments on sparkpeople, like if I have yogurt but already put in cottage cheese... you know. This will help me keep track of that, and make it easier for when I am out of the house. Thanks!

    Thanks for posting that link. I had used the printable trackers on my last trip and they worked great. When I went back to look for them on the SP site today, I couldn't find them. So I Googled "SparkPeople tracker" and your blog entry came up as the first link! emoticon
