I am down one inch on my neck and 3 pounds which is awesome as I did not recognize any improvement. I guess I am exchanging fat for muscle too, but must be loosing something too.
Well, my real goal is to get my waist at or under 32 inches as that will lower my risk of many problems.
I do feel stronger doing the water exercises and hope to continue as they do help. Last Thursday I thought to keep my tummy and butt tight while I moved through the exercises and I still feel it! And it feels Good!
