As you all know weight loss is not an easy battle to win. We all have moments when we lose a few battles along the way. The most important thing about our journey is the way we handle those times. The first thing a lot of us do is think we are failures and start mentally beating ourselves up. Then, we want to throw our hands up and say that we have no will power and we can't do any thing right. This is the wrong attitude to take over some thing that is easily fixed. All we have to do is admit we are human, we make mistakes and start over right now. Don't think well I blew it so I'll eat until I burst today. Don't wait until tomorrow or next week. Do not put it off. I know from experience, because this is one of the mind sets I'm trying to break.
