I lost 5 lbs in the last two weeks how crazy is that?

I've been doing two protein shakes a day, doing 1,200 cals a day and working out 6 days a week for 2 hours a pop with my trainer -- I feel absolutely amazing!

I need to go shopping some of my clothes are not fitting! I'm soooo happy right now this has boosted my confidence level to unknown heights. I feel like a sexy mama! lol ; )

    Wow - that's great. Are you going to keep working out for two hours a day? Or is it just to get you revved up. I loooove shopping after losing weight. It's so much more fun!

    I wish I could get a trainer. But, I use my videos and treadmill and started my 2 a-days. 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening. I lost 1 1/2 lbs in 2 days.
