Yesterday was fun! I didn't get my exercise in though. And my meal plan yesterday, didn't happen. I didn't eat anything I said I was going to. What I did end up eating was the treats that I got yesterday morning. That was it until dinner at Applebees. And I decided on the confetti chicken for 7 points and the dessert, raspberry chocolate cake for 4 points. My daughter ate most of it, which was good, because I didn't need to eat it all. The one thing that my husband and I splurged on was the nachos appetizer. I know I probably shouldn't of, but it was so good. It was worth it. Well, now, I'm back on plan.
Breakfast:
Didn't have my fiber one bar and fruit cup. Wasn't hungry. Updated 12:00pm
mid-snack:
triscuits (7 crackers) = 3 points
1 TB (home & garden veggie dip)
Lunch:
Smart One Pot Roast Meal = 3 points
carrots = 0 points
grape tomatoes = 0 points
1 TB dip
mid-snack:
Not sure yet. Only if I'm hungry at this time.
Dinner:
Haven't decided.....looking for a recipe today to try.
Dessert:
mini delight = 3 points
My exercise plan today:
When I get home from work, I'm doing my 30 minute high intensity workout video for 4 activity points. And I'm going to ride the bike for 20 minutes for 2 points. Maybe later in the evening before I go to bed, I'm going to do my walk away the pounds video for a mile walk.
