And as you can tell, my "current weight" and "goal weight" have changed. I am not 130. I am 134.4. I hate this fact. I changed my goal weight to 125 instead of 120 and extended the period of time because I want overall changes in my life. I don't really care how long it takes to lose pounds, and I don't really care how much I eventually weigh. I just want to get rid of this fatty feeling. I don't want to put on an old pair of pants and not get up the zipper.
