I went yesterday on my lunch break to work out! YAY! I got in 45 minutes on the treadmill. It really makes a big difference in my evenings, when I don't have to try and fit in my work-outs in the evenings. Things are so busy since my man works nights and I really enjoy being able to spend at least a little time with him before he leaves. Dinner is good quality time in which we can catch up on our day.
I struggle with planning my time and staying flexible and spontanious. When my plans get foiled it makes me not want to do it at all... Its hard to find that balance. I have figured out that its all about balance in other areas... maybe I need to apply it to my schedule as well. I always hesitate to make plans, for fear of them failing.
Thats all for today, I guess. Back to work I go.
