So I put on some weight during the holidays and vowed to lose it in January -- at least five pounds off by the end of January. I weighed in January 2nd at 135.4 (the highest I've been in over a year and a half! i blame my mom's cookies). Then a week later after dieting and exercising I weighed in at the same amount! So frustrated! I saw "The Biggest Loser" last week and they had the same problem, so I just thought I'd step it up a notch. I have been eating pretty well (although I always have a cheat day) and exercising too, so this weigh-in (every Wednesday) i was at 132.8, which doesn't seem like A LOT, but it's a lot for me and my frame. I hope to get down to 130 by the end of January, and then back to 125 at the end of February. I know I can do it, it really motivated me today when I actually saw the numbers fall! I can't wait to break into the 120s again! That feeling is so wonderful to me!
