I am happy w/my results so far. I was able to enjoy the holidays w/the family and didn't put on any weight. I even got up Christmas morning at 5am and ran. I feel so much better about everything. I was very religous about staying at 1650 calories avg and like clockwork the weight came off 2 pounds a week. I am creeping up to 1800 a day avg now and it's slowing down the weightloss. I am burning more calories so some more calories are necessary (I'm burning between 5000-7000 a week!). I didn't get smaller than a size 16 last time and now I am almost into a 14...have to keep pushing myself. I know I can get through this but I feel myself slowing down and becoming complacent w/where I am at. There is so much more I can push my body to do athletically and w/weight loss - just need to get through the next 20#'s to see the benefits!
