Please someone send me some willpower because apparently I have none. I had McDonalds for lunch. Not only did I eat it for lunch but I completely pigged out. I listed everything that I ate in my Nutrition Tracker and now I feel like CRAP. In a way it is a good thing to see how many calories, carbs, and fat I am putting in my body for one meal from Mickey D's. I know this is just a smal stumbling block and the rest of the day I will do better.
My new motto "No More McDonalds!!!"
