Please someone send me some willpower because apparently I have none. I had McDonalds for lunch. Not only did I eat it for lunch but I completely pigged out. I listed everything that I ate in my Nutrition Tracker and now I feel like CRAP. In a way it is a good thing to see how many calories, carbs, and fat I am putting in my body for one meal from Mickey D's. I know this is just a smal stumbling block and the rest of the day I will do better.

My new motto "No More McDonalds!!!"

    I was reading some of the new Blogs and I came across yours. I just wanted to say will power is a lot like motivation it will come and go, This is why you can not rely on it alone.
    I started my quest back in October 31,2007 and have mange to lose 23 pounds in a little over two months. I eat between 1500-1800 calories per day, It has taken me many( and I do mean many )years to reach this point of No return the only other option was to get heavier and be miserable this for me was not an option . All of this I attribute to having a plan not will power or motivation. My suggestion to you is plan mini meals and healthy snack through out the day such as :Breakfast =oatmeal single package, snack( hour latter)= string cheese & 16 almonds, next snack=( hour latter) yogurt, next snack=(hour latter) apple ,pear or orange and then lunch: Turkey sandwich or salad with low fat dressing or progress soup& 6 saltine crackers your choice, snack before dinner= special k bar, dinner= bake chicken 4 oz. Rice one cup & fresh vegetable and late night snack= smart pop popcorn 6-8 cups with hot tea.. Drinking water through out the day. If you snack consistently your hunger will not spike and you will have total control of what you eat. I would like to also recommend that you read articles that Sparks has to offer and read different Spark pages see other peoples stories when you think that you can’t do it look at what others have accomplished this will motivate you when your motivation is not there or your will power is weak . Don’t beat yourself up for slipping we are all going to make mistakes, But remember they are only mistakes if you don’t learn by them, if you learn by them then they really aren’t mistakes ;)

    Thats the hard part my land mine is In&Out burgers. But you know you sounded out and thats the good part. Now its time to pick youself up and get back in the groove
