Jan. 12....... my BIIRTHDAY

Well this weekend was great, but not with food. I ate so much bad food from my birthday it was horrible. I knew I wanted to loose weight and I want to eat better, but I kept saying that its my birthday and ill do better on Monday. I know I should have just eaten good, birthday or not, but I just couldn’t get my self to do it. At least it is only once a year.
I also did my Yoga class again last Friday for the second time. I was still really sore after (the good kind of sore) but kept up with the class well. I am going to keep going to class and I bought a 5 class package. My brother even bought me a yoga mat and Target gift card for Yoga clothes for my birthday. I also got a slow cooker from my mom (I asked for it for Christmas also) so I can make more healthy meals.

    Happy Birthday! Don't beat yourself up over one day. Yes, it defeated your goal for that day/weekend, but you know, each day will brings these challenges. Yesterday, I myself was bad (with junk food), but today I am back on track, just like you are.
