Ok so this is my first blog, so not really sure how this goes but i became a community spark member today and im suppose to start a blog and keep you updated. So lets see i got up really early this morning its a little after 7 now and i've been up a couple hours now, i plan on eating breakfast and relaxing ..its sunday..and im off!! as much as i'd love to have bacon and eggs right now, im gonna go with special k waffles and light syrup..mmm yummy! my weekly goal this week is to make healthier choices ALL the time, and not to pick fast or convenient when i know its wrong and im going to regret it later and have to work twice as hard to burn those extra calories. So far i've been doing pretty good, i have my occasional bad slip ups now then (hence my weekly goal this week lol) but i have lost 5lbs already and i feel really great about it! i hope to lose 1 to 2 lbs a week regularly and by the summer i should have reached my goal or gotten pretty darn close! so ill be updating this regularly and either sharing the good news or venting the bad and if all is normal ill just be by to chat!
