We are almost out of the first trimester, here in a few days. I'm already feeling better. I haven't gotten sick in 2 days. Woo Hoo! My appitite seems to have returned...might be back a lil' to strong, lol. And to add to that, My belly has popped, lol. I pulled out my first maternity clothes today. Only one of the 3 pairs of pants I have fit right now. So we've been wearing sweats and our yoga pants. I think those are gonna be real comfy, lol. Plus some of my jeans that were to big 3 months ago are fitting, so I'm gonna wear them as long as I can. I had my 3 month appt. yesterday with Dr. Foulk, they had my prepregnancy weight wrong by 10 pounds, they had down 149 in reality it was 139. I made sure they changed that. Then the nurse said something about maaybe not being able to hear the heartbeat because I was only 11 weeks along, once agian I had to correct her I'm currently 12 weeks and 3 days (2 days yesterday). She couldn't find the heartbeat at first, she wasn't down low enough. Once she did find it she lost it twice before getting it long enough for a reading, 149bpm. I think the baby kept moving on her. lol. I also asked the Dr. about abdominal exercises that require me flat on my back, when should I stop or begin to modify with a stability ball? He said after 12 weeks, so it's good-bye to those abs for the most part. At least for the next 6 months or so. We have our next appt. in 5 weeks just to get them off my hubby's payday. So our 4 month appt. is February 15, 2008.
