Yes I'm going to whine! I'm stuck, I've been doing the same thing but I'm stuck at 5 lbs.. What the heck? I'm switching things up and hopefully that will help.. The past 2 days have been pretty pooey for eating right.. Aubrey wanted those jam thumbprint cookies so I made those and had a couple, then forgot to write and calculate my calories cause of how hectic it's been.. Roy has been working late and by the time he gets home the kids are off schedule and not going to bed very early, so then I don't get on the bike.. If I do during the day I'm holding Hunter in my arms until he gets bored and realizes that 'we're not going anywhere.'

Hopefully tonight will be better, he's almost home I can get dinner done and get my chunky butt on that bike!

Oh sweetie, I can totally relate!! I am constantly looking for more hours in my day! But then I would just have more to do!! I was stuck at a plateau for a long time and realized I wasn't getting ENOUGH calories! I never thought that could happen!! Remember that it takes for every pound of weight loss you need to eat 3500 calories LESS. So in a week if you can cut 500 calories a day, then you lose a pound in a week. So if you do that AND burn extra calories exercising you can lose a bit more.
I know you can do this. You are worth it! You are not chunky...just on the road to healthy living!

You're entitled to whine a little! I allow myself one rant per day. I don't always take myself up on that, but it's nice to know that I'm allowed ONE! I hope that you see some progress. I've been a little stuck too! Hey, you're not allowed to call yourself chunky -- unless it's a good thing, like chunky peanut butter or chunky salsa or chunks of brownie fudge in your ice cream. That's the only way you're allowed to call yourself chunky. I looked it up in the rule book. ;) Have a great day!
