Have you ever felt Tired...of being tired?
Thats how I feel right now. I want my energy back! I am trying to do the best I can. I did good last night and this morning, I havent had any soda, just juice and some milk. I will be drinking some water today too.
And Im following my guidelines with the food situation. But I'm still Tired as hell!
I know it's only been --what a week now, but I always here the stories about people who even after justa few days of changing their diet will start to feel a difference in themselves..
Well I guess I'm not one of them. I will be doing my new excercises today, and getting strickter on my intake. I'm not giving up at all, I just want to feel like I have some energy!
Is that to much to ask for? Just some ounce of something? Well maybe I'm jumping the gun a bit, I do that sometimes.
Maybe I need to give it some more time. I hope after my workout I feel better about doing all of this. I need to do this for myself! I wont quit!!!!!!!!
