Well I WI this morn, and I'm down 2.8. That was a nice surprise :)
I worked out everyday this week on the treadmill doing more than 1.5mi a day
Drank all my water, ate all my veggies/fruits and the some. Generally just ate healthy and felt great too.
I came to a realization this week... I DO like the treadmill LOL
I found that I actually wanted to get on it and walk/run. It wasn't a hassle, but something I looked forward to. Now that was a weird realization for me because I didn't think I'd ever get to that point. And thought others were weird for liking it.
My calves aren't killing me anymore. They do get a burn, but I'm getting used to the workout.
My calves have muscles again! :D Ones that pop out even hehe
Another realization, I can walk even though I have a headcold, even though I have bad cramps... I didn't let that stop me.
I started to get a headache one morn, and the first thing I thought about was noooo I can't get a headache, I have to walk... I don't want to walk w/a migraine. So I had a little bit of caffeine and at a little, and it went away.
Overall, I'm really proud of myself this week.
I got a wonderful email saying that I motivated them :D Thank you Hillary that was very sweet, and made me feel great!
Well I hear the little one waking up, so I'm off to get her up and fed, and myself fed too!
