Wow it is amazing, as I am now tracking the food I eat and actually seeing the amount of calories, fat , carbs and stuff that you are actually putting in your body. The foods I use to eat I can't believe it. I go thru the calories on this stuff.. the "healthy" fast foods I thought were better for me RIGHT.. I am just gonna make mre healthier foods and bring my lunches more. I have been drinking water over anything else. But I do tire of water quickly. I am doing something right down 10lbs so far and more to go. I will contiue but now just watching a little closer as to what goes through my lips now. Like tonight I made chicken fajitas from scratch and put in more kinds of peppers and wheat tortillas and such. Much less calories then what i have eaten before.
