Wow..I really didn't think I would have a hard time eating healthy at Christmas. I felt so in control of my new lifestyle. I also knew it was ok to have a little treat now and then, which I did.
It is NOW that I am having a very hard time getting back to being strict with my menu. It is time to get going again! Time to get that ticker moving downward! Time to track every single thing I eat! Time to make sure I am staying within my caloric range.
I know I can do this because I was doing it for a month before the holidays came! So...here is the plan!
I WILL drink 8 glasses of water each day.
I WILL track my nutrition and fitness every day
I WILL stick to my my calorie range.
I WILL meet my fitness goals each day.
I WILL lose weight to become a healthier me!!!!!
