BJ, your trike looks *awesome*! I didn't realize what it was. And how cool to travel all over the states!
As for your being stuck, five years ago, when I was on WW, I had a very similar problem. The leader told me that by staying under my points, I was basically putting my body in a "starvation" mode, and it was refusing to release any additional fat (translate that to "weight"). She suggested adding some additional protein, cutting some carbs, and upping my exercise, but staying well within my points. I tried her suggestions, and it took about two weeks for it to kick in, but it did, and I saw the weight start coming off again. Just a thought, fwiw. Good luck!
BJ, for years my mom has told me to lose weight I needed to eat, not starve myself. I never listened to her, but I am trying hard to at least make it to the low side that is recommended. And I lost tremendously the first week. Also I only weigh once a week. That way I don't get disappointed mid-week and run out of conviction. I don't know if this would help you or not. Deb
