I admit I wasn't as careful as I should have been during the holidays...I started out well, but then we moved to a new house and my routine got out of control, and I just never quite got it back together. Then a long vacation added to it, and I'm just now getting it back together. Unfortunately, I sprained my ankle about a week ago, and I can't really do cardio until it heals. It's really difficult for me to lose weight without cardio, so I'm feeling a little frustrated and down as a result. I'm just going to try to focus on drinking lots of water and eating well and letting my ankle heal, but it's hard to be patient!
