It's almost 10:30pm and I know I have to get back to my diet. I'd lost 62 lbs, and now I've regained 19 of them. I must stop this now!

Changes to make this week:
- No soda
- Try to walk more
- Try to eat several small meals
- Drink more water (yuck)

Just do it!

OK, it's a year later and I need to start back at square one. I'm beginning again with the same goals I listed above, because they are great goals for me. I did acheive them for a time, but it all fell apart on me. I'm not giving up, though. I'm just gonna keep on keepin' on!
