Recently feeling a bit *blah* on my treadmill, despite my mp3 player. However when an upbeat song came along by The Who, I noticed a distinct difference in the way I was stepping along and although it's a bit tricky to define, it felt like I was doing the 'mill.
Before it felt more like the MILL was doing ME.
Feels much better the other way around... :-)
On another note, maybe loosely related...if you're looking some inspiration, some great humor and heartfelt tragedy DO get out to see "The Bucket List!" It is the best movie I have seen in a long, long time! It will stir your heart and make you stop and reflect on your life, where you are, and where you want to be.
