WOW! What a year that lies ahead for me! Steve and I have finalized our wedding date: 10-11-08! We have the church AND the reception both booked! And thanks to the wedding, we both feel a little more motivated to get fit.
So today we both started our programs. Steve is leaving a little earlier in the morning so he can hit the gym every day! What a difference that will make. And I found that 8-8:30 a.m. is the perfect time for me to exercise in the morning. Today I started by doing my Leslie Sansone walk at home DVD and I really liked it -- it could NOT be easier! I can do THIS every morning! :) Also looking into the 12-second sequence program to see if that will help me squeeze in the weight exercises.
My personal goal is to be around 145 pounds by my birthday in April. That will still be several months before the wedding! And of course, the plan is to keep the weight off forever...
