Well, I didn't make it. I weighed in at 202lbs this AM. I wanted to be at 199 (or even 200) but I guess 202 isn't too bad.
Thinking on the positive side, this is the first year ever that I haven't gained over the holiday season. I'm still taking my vitamins, drinking my water, and getting in my protein on most days. I need to drop my calories and fat, and exercise more. Dropping the calories and fat will be easier with the holidays over, but exercising (or the motivation to do so) is always the hard part for me. I think that will be my goal for 2008. I want to get in at least 30 minutes of cardio twice a week. I know I need more, but this is a SMART goal (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and timely) if I do better (as I hope) then that's kewl.

*Edit* My hubby pointed out to me that the scale read 202 not 203 like I'd originally written. My brain was not awake yet. *lol*
