So it is New Year's and like everyone I am vowing to lose weight and get healthy! I really want to look my best at my wedding in January. My resolutions are:
-Weigh myself once a week
-Measure my body once a month
-Go to the gym four times a week
-Do Yoga video three times a week before work
-Keep track of everything I eat on SparkPeople
I believe in myself and know I can do it! Wish me luck!
