Coming back to Spark

Well things are beginning to settle down some. Justin's football is over and my time as Team in Training captain has come to an end. It is time to focus on myself again and figure out what I am going to do with myself. I am starting January at 174, my goal for the month is to lose 5 pounds and get into the 160's. To do this I will get myself back into the gym in the morning. When I go in the morning I feel so much better for the day, I just need to start dragging myself out of bed again. It is amazing how easy it is to just stay in bed, especially when depressed. Time to get myself out of this funk and live my life!
