Here I go again!

Ok, it is a few days past Christmas, and I have been what I would in the past, called "thin." Now it feels so fat. I feel the rolls and I hate it. I need to finally make my goal. I am changing it up. I will tell my DH as soon as he's out of the tub! I shun processed sugar. I will eat fruits, veggies, and whole grains. I will eat very little fat, and make it only in the lean meats. I will make working out a priority. THat means no more letting others choose what I'm doing. I will put the bod first before other people's entertainment or comfy-level. If we go to Disney World, Harley-riding, fishing, etc, it will be after I work out and shower, not before, because I know that never works for me. I will also start marching and jogging in place while I watch what precious little TV I watch. I used to do that and it helped. One more thing: I will drop my coffee consumption down to 1 pot per day. That's fewer sweetner packets and cups of milk to down. I will replace it with WATER!
Wow; I might be intimidated by the new me...
