Christmas is over!

I made it through.

Somehow I made it through DOWN a pound. I know I didn't eat well yesterday. In fact I went to bed nauseous from overindulging in cookies, candy, and various other holiday foods.

I did get a new mindset. I realized that I don't eat like that anymore for a very good reason. It isn't healthy! And I certainly felt unhealthy last night.

So, down a pound. I guess my body just needed a break from dieting. Or maybe my scale is insane. Either way, I am back to my regular eating schedule. I am back on my regular gym schedule.

    congrats on being down a pound even with all the holiday craziness.
    It is nice to be back on regular eating and work out schedule again.
