So I've been working out with a personal trainer three times a week since September 6th, 2007. It has been really frustrating to not see the scale move as quickly as it should. I weighed in on Friday and although the scale has only moved 9 pounds I have made some other progress. I have lost 14.5 inches and 6% body fat. I can tell that my pants are fitting looser and I can do alot more cardio than I could when I started. I guess I need to learn to focus on more than just the number on the scale.
