Yesterday went really well. I didnt eat so hot in the morning, damn those xmas baking, but I made up for it by watching my afternoon eating AND shoveling my HUGE driveway by hand. woho me. Thanks for the support yesterday, it means alot to know that other people are cheering you on. I am trying to decide which day I want as a weigh in da.y this whol eweighing myself everyday isnt good for me I dont think. I am thinmking MOnday or Friday. Monday because if I am not losing it gives me a boot to get on board, but could also siscourage me. Or friday becuase it gives a swift kick in the rear to make it through the weekend. Weekends are my falling grace becuase my hubby is on the road all week and is only really home on weekends, so we indulge. We have nice meals , wine and well we sort of just do whatever. Anyone have any thoughts?
I feel really good about making this work this time around. I am not going to give up on myself.

    I started easing into the lifestyle change (we eat out a LOT too, especially on the weekends) by getting a TO GO box AS SOON AS the meal is set on the table.

Immediately put half of it in the box and you will NOT be tempted to open it up to eat all the meal.

Most restaurants serve about 2,000 calories with each plate they bring out to your table (don't believe me - check the internet, its eye opening!) So by cutting it in half, you can see what you are saving!

You can do it!
