1) Will put all my food into the nutrition tracker on SP. Tracked all the food I ate for both days.
2) To work out as much as or more than the previous week. LW 66 minutes. Well I worked out on Saturday for 15 minutes on the elliptical and did an eight minute ab tape. Week total- 23 minutes
3) I will weigh in every Saturday only and take measurements- Weighed in on Saturday, but didnít do measurements. Weight didnít change.
