Something weird happened

So I had been planning to skip the gym yesterday. I'd been working my butt off, so I was going to take a break. I had a friend over with her kids and my mom showed up too. We were all hanging out when I got this burst of energy.

I didn't think much about it until I realized, "Hey, it's because I didn't workout this morning." So when it was time for them to leave I convinced my husband that we should go.

I didn't burn as much as I normally would have in a day, but I burned a decent amount! And it felt SOOOO good.

I never thought that I'd just be hanging out and actually wish that I was at the gym!

    I give you kudos for going to workout even on your day off. Exercise can be so addicting once you get into it (it used to be for me)
