Trouble spots

My trouble spot iskeeping to a routine re exercise..I tend to "put it off"..BUT I am making progress..the last week I have put a routine in place that I do 5k after each meal on the stationary bike...YEYYYY!!!!!

    This is great news!! Making your exercices a routine is the best way to make sure it does happen everyday. Once it becomes routine, it's just a matter of hopping on the bike and go at it!! Congrats!!
