A bit down...but trying to keep my head up

So I'm def a bit discouraged. The weightloss is not happening. I joined in Sept and I've lost a whoppign 5 lbs. so not fair! I'm keeping positive but sometimes I can't help but be down....
Well I've decided to regroup. Tonight, I am going to make a list of 3 things that I currently do that are good. This is to show myself that I did make positive changes. Then I'm going to make a list of three things I want to change. This will give me a new heathly habit to pick up.
